Refund policy

The Empty Pack Guarantee

Use the whole of your first pack — not three patches, all thirty. If you get to the end of it and don't want to reorder, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the purchase price of your order.

• You do not need to return anything.
• You keep all digital bonuses.
• You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are refunded with the order.

Your statutory rights

United Kingdom and European Union. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under distance selling regulations, without giving a reason. This is separate from and additional to our 30-day guarantee. To exercise it, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Where goods are returned, you are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or misdescribed. For hygiene reasons, opened single-use products may be excluded from the statutory right of return.

Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

United States. Our 30-day guarantee applies. Some states provide additional rights which are unaffected by this policy.
