What does a Settled patch actually do?
It holds a blend of botanical extracts — ginger, fennel, dandelion, artichoke and turmeric — against the skin over several hours. These are plants with a long history of traditional use around meals. Settled is a wellness product, not a medicine, and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If your symptoms are persistent or severe, that's a conversation for a doctor rather than a patch.
Where do I put it, and how long does it stay on?
Clean, dry, hair-free skin — inner forearm, hip or lower stomach all work. Wear for up to 8 hours, then peel it off. Use a new spot each day rather than the same patch of skin repeatedly.
Will it stay on in the shower or at the gym?
It's water-resistant and designed to hold through a workout or a shower. Very long soaks and heavy sweating will loosen the adhesive sooner.
How many do I need?
Depends how you use it. For specific occasions — long meals, travel, a few days each cycle — one pack lasts most people well over a month. For daily wear, a pack is 30 days. The Starter Kit is four packs.

Is it safe with medication, or during pregnancy?
Check with a doctor or pharmacist first if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have a diagnosed condition. Ginger and turmeric in particular can interact with some medications. Don't use on broken or irritated skin.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from dispatch. We would rather give you a longer number that is true than a shorter one that is not. Full details on our shipping policy page.
How does the refund work?
Use the whole first pack. If you don't want to reorder, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price. You don't send anything back and you keep the bonuses.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time, from your account, with no minimum number of deliveries. You'll get a reminder before each shipment so nothing arrives as a surprise.
